How to restore and revitalise your hair after lighting

Hello, my friends!

I want to share with you my homemade remedies for a stronger and healthy hair. I want to go blonder and I lighten my hair at home. Very wrong choice, you may say, but I always do extra care for my hair and I want to give it a try.
Well, my hair wasn't t so bad as I expected to be, and I started with a deep conditioning treatment weekly.
I would like to start with Hot oils mask. I use it every time before I want to wash my hair. I apply this  mask always on dry hair, starting with the roots and continuing to the tips.
The main ingredient is Coconut Oil( unrefined and pure), I love this oil for the nice smell and texture, it is like butter and it melt so easily in your palm, when you apply on your skin.
Hot oils mask contain also extra virgin  olive oil, castor oil and wheat germ oil.
depending on your length of your hair you , if you hair is long, like mine, you may use 1tbs of coconut oil, 2 tbs of olive oil, 1 tbs of castor oil and 1 tbs of wheat germ oil. Mix together this oils in one pot and heat them in hot water in double boiler.
After applying to your hair with smooth finger tips massage on your scalp, leave there for at least 2 hours or more before washing your hair.I recommend to wash your hair with SLS free shampoo  and rinse it very well.
I hope you enjoy this, definitely your hair will be very thankful to you for this treatment.
I will be back soon with some photos.

Manuka honey for dry/atopic skin

Hello everyone!
I want to share with you my recent natural remedy  for my very dry/atopic. I have this skin condition several times on a year, mostly in spring, autumn and winter, but I developed eczema on my face during in summertime this year.
Recently I discovered Manuka Honey , it is my best friend for my daily beauty care routine!
When applied directly, Manuka honey provides excellent treatment for skin conditions such as eczema, insect bites, burns, and surgery wounds. It also helps reduce scarring and healing time and can also be used as a facemask or to soothe sunburn.
Acne  and rosacea sufferers can benefit from the use of Manuka honey as a skin cleanser; its anti-inflammatory qualities help skin conditions without removing natural oils.
